you know whats a damn crying shame? when everyone in my ballet toning class is over 50 and they can do better ab crunches than me. since i missed the last 3 classes they’ve added the ball for balancing routines. i can’t keep it still. wtf? is it because i just biked in such a mad rush to the gym in this 90 degrees heat that my legs feel all jello-y? who knows but its pretty embarassing when i’ve got a 65yr old next to me balancing w/ no problem. ha!

in other news: made kimchee fried rice for lunch twice. btw, is kimchee a farty food?
