i was invited by a friend to spend my rainy saturday morning being introduced & sampling sweet goodies at the french pastry school downtown. what a way to get a sugar high before noon. its a school purely for & only making pastries & breads. i more savory than sweet, so my favorites sampling had to be the super duper buttery flaky croissant. after the demonstations, we all got to leave with a goodie bag filled of more stuff. how cool is that??!
