the last time i had popovers were at a brazilian steakhouse. i ate so much of it, i hardly had room for steak. oh well. i decided to bring back the memories over the holidays at my in-law’s x’mas breakfast brunch. i added boursin garlic herbed cheese in the center before baking for extra tastiness. the recipe called for the regular size muffin pan or popover pan but i like it mini. it seem soo much tastier when its small. it so easy, you should make it too!
