took my first kettleball class this morning. if you don’t know what that is, its basically doing lunges, swings & other moves w/ a 10lb+ cannonball w/ handles.
best thing about going to a class during the day: just me, another woman & the instructor. its almost like having a private trainer. i like the instructor. she was very helpful. i swung & sweated my ass off until my low blood sugar hit me halfway through the class that i had to sit out & chomp on an apple & rehydrate. it really kicked my lazy decrepit ass. its intense but i was able to push through the last 20mins. it was definitely a good different kind of workout. i’ll probably ache in places i didn’t know exist tomorrow. will have to try it again next week.
